Zapp i300 – Thai electric motorbike costs nearly 7,000 USD

UK Electric car model exported to Europe, fitted with a 19-horsepower electric motor with twin lithium-ion batteries, using high-class materials.

Zapp, a new brand of electric vehicles in Thailand, enters the European market with the e-scooter i300. Vehicles equipped with electric motor capacity of 19 horsepower, torque 587 Nm. The chassis is made of lightweight aluminum, a material used in aerospace.

According to the manufacturer’s announcement, with Eco running mode, the i300 can travel 60-90 km with a 1.25 kWh lithium-ion double battery pack (weighing only 5 kg per battery). The electric motor transmits power to the rear wheels via carbon fiber belts. The car weighs 90 kg (including battery).

i300 can accelerate from 0 to 50 km / h takes 2.35 seconds and 70 km / h in 4.1 seconds, this performance is equivalent to a 300cc scooter model. Maximum speed of 96 km / h.

Vehicles equipped with many features such as single disc brakes front with 4-piston brake clamps and single-disc brake after a single piston brake clamp. One-channel ABS anti-lock braking system. Adjustable front suspension shock absorbers, LCD dashboard with high resolution.

The car is 1,905 mm long, 968 mm wide, 1,193 mm high. Wheelbase 1,387 mm, seat height 750 mm. Pair of 14-inch alloy wheels with 120/70 front tires and 140/60 rear tires.

As planned, Zapp i300 will be sold in the UK by the end of this year for 6,950 USD. Vehicles come with two standard colors are red and white. Customers in the UK add the black, gray and blue color options at $ 330 and the British flag colors at $ 800.
