Two new models of VinFast crossover revealed

Two models of foam and clay of crossover vehicles size B and C appeared at Vingroup office on November 14.

Details of the two products are unclear, such as specific engine specifications or dimensions. However, each model will have two engine versions, one petrol and one electric, according to VinFast representative.

On November 14, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong and its leaders appraised the specifications and styling of the two new models. Currently both are in prototype form (made of porous and clay), not yet a real car, and are on display at the company’s office.

White car with a foam model, equivalent to the C-sized crossover, where there are names like Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5 or Hyundai Tucson. The front end is a V-shaped brand positioning, the grille connects a strip to the headlights.

The red car is a clay model, identified in the B segment, with future rivals including Hyundai Kona or Ford EcoSport. The lines are more rounded than the white car.

At the beginning of the year, the Vietnamese automaker announced 7 most popular Premium models from Vietnamese, from the “Choose your favorite car with VinFast” program. Among these are two CUV class B and C models of Pininfarina designer, and this is supposed to be the prototype of two new products.

As planned, VinFast will launch Premium cars – abbreviated to Pre in 2020. Two crossovers may be the first two products to be introduced. The list of 7 models includes designs in all 4 segments A, B, C, and D, and small cars, multi-purpose sports and family cars.
