FLC wants to sell zoos in Quy Nhon

Mr. Trinh Van Quyet wants to sell a company investing in parks and wildlife in Quy Nhon for no less than 225 billion dong.

Chairman of the BOD of FLC Faros Construction Joint Stock Company Trinh Van Quyet has just signed a resolution approving the policy of transferring all shares at Faros Zoo Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

The transfer is all 22.5 million shares that this unit holds, equivalent to 90% of the capital contribution, equivalent to par value of VND 225 billion. The resolution also stated that the transfer price was agreed upon but not lower than the face value.

Faros Zoo Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Faros Binh Dinh Mineral Joint Stock Company, a member of FLC Faros. This is an enterprise investing and developing wild parks for FLC at Quy Nhon Resort (Binh Dinh). From the charter capital of VND 50 billion, after 4 years of establishment, the capital of the enterprise has increased to VND 250 billion.
